In this slow paced practice we hold our seated and reclined postures for 3-5 minutes to soften into the tissues of our body. This practice is a great compliment to our Yang (Hatha & Flow) classes to find stillness and de-stress. We recommend not eating a heavy meal or too close to your practice. Students are encouraged to wear layers and have yoga props, pillows, and blankets handy.
